BlossomBeyondBorders is a European project supporting migrant women on their journey into entrepreneurship — through tools, training, mentorship and a transnational community of practice.

Where migrant women
grow together

Our visual identity is built around interlinked female figures — symbolising community, sorority, and collective empowerment. The overlapping silhouettes convey shared stories, mutual support, and the strength that emerges through connection.

BlossomBeyondBorders is more than a platform — it's a space where every woman's story matters, where borders dissolve, and where ambition finds its community.

Global

Background

Migrant women across Europe face a unique combination of cultural, linguistic, legal and economic barriers when pursuing entrepreneurship. Yet they bring unique skills, perspectives and networks. BlossomBeyondBorders builds on this potential.

Problem Addressed

Access to entrepreneurship education, mentoring and peer networks remains uneven. Existing resources rarely speak to migrant women's specific experiences, languages or starting points — leaving talent and ambition under-supported.

Methodology

Grounded in the EU EntreComp framework, the project combines self-assessment, learning content, gamification and live community sessions — co-designed with migrant women and tested across seven national contexts.

Five pillars.
One powerful community.

01
Care
Openness, safety, and a human-centred foundation for every woman who joins our community.
02
Opportunity
Optimism, confidence, and forward movement — we open doors and walk through them together.
03
Voice
Visibility, expression, and the power of personal stories told authentically and with pride.
04
Empowerment
Creativity, ambition, and transformation — we help women build businesses and reshape their futures.
05
Strength
Resilience, trust, and long-term stability — because lasting change is built on solid foundations and solidarity.
